What do I need to bring for check-in?
Please have your QR code ready (either printed or on your phone) and a valid ID to confirm you are 18+. You can find your QR code in your confirmation email or under "My Bookings" in your account.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, all tickets must be booked in advance through our website to ensure a balanced number of participants.

my match results?
You’ll receive them privately through your account after the event.

How do I book tickets
for events?
Go to “Events,” click on the event you want, and select “Book Now.”
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or update your booking up to 48 hours before the event. Just log in to your account and go to “My Bookings” to make any changes. After the 48-hour window, bookings can no longer be modified.
How do I view
my tickets?
Once logged in, your tickets are available under “My Bookings.”
Do I have to create an account to book an event?
Yes, it helps us personalize your experience and keep your bookings organized.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you’ll get a confirmation email after every booking.
How do I create an account?
