● Mini Dates may suspend accounts for rule violations

Event Participation 

● Respect all participants 

● Must be 18+ 

● Each date lasts 5 minutes 

● Dress code: Dressy casual only- no sandals, no jogging shoes, no beachwear, etc. ● Harassment or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated

Payment Terms 

● All payments are processed securely through Stripe. 

● Mini Dates does not store credit card information. 

● By booking an event, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Refund & Cancellation 

● Cancellations up to 24 hours before events receive full refund 

● No refund within 24 hours 

● If Mini Dates cancels, full refund is given

Intellectual Property 

All content, logos, and images are owned by Mini Dates. Stock photos from Unsplash.com are licensed for free use.

Liability 

Mini Dates is not responsible for misconduct, disagreements, or personal items.

● Photos and comments may be displayed publicly or used as testimonials ● No full names or sensitive info will be shared

5. Safety Policy

Your safety is our priority. These rules apply to events and community interactions. General Safety 

● All events are public 

● Staff is present 

● Respectful behavior is required

Sensitive Data 

Do not share home address, banking, passwords, or private family/work info. Emergency Guidelines 

● Notify staff immediately if unsafe 

● Switch tables or leave with assistance 

Reporting 

● Report during events or via email afterward

● Mini Dates investigates all reports

Refund & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: 12.02.2025 

Mini Dates provides clear booking rules. 

 

• 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancel up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.

• No Rescheduling/Points: We do not offer points or credit. If you wish to change your date, please cancel your current ticket (at least 48 hours in advance) for a refund and book a new ticket for your preferred date.

• Late Cancellations: Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable.

 

Full refund automatically if Mini Dates cancels. Weather Refunds 

● Event may be rescheduled 

● Or full refund issued 

No-Show Policy 

No refund for unattended events without cancellation.
